The Program Coordinator (PC) for Engage with® Skills Training Programs (Engage with) is a dual role that includes responsibility for coordination of Engage with trainings, contract deliverables and marketing efforts as well as responsibility for providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Engage with brand. Key functions include scheduling and tracking Engage with trainings, working with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in marketing efforts and providing administrative support to the Training Director (TD) and the Medical Director (MD). The PC is responsible for ensuring coordination and effective management of multiple parallel and sequential tasks as well as paying close attention to detail. The position will require working knowledge of the Engage with content and business objectives such that the PC can communicate effectively about the Engage with brand with a variety of stakeholders, clients, staff, and contractors.
