Engage with® Trainer

The Engage with® Trainer is responsible for conducting live, skills training in a customized, virtual environment for the Engage with® Skills Training Programs (Engage with).  This position requires a comprehensive grasp of the Engage with teaching approach, excellent communication and presentation skills and an approachable, hands-on style.  Instructors must also be comfortable presenting to a virtual audience of student avatars that do not provide traditional audience feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Successful completion of trainer onboarding and evaluation processes to become certified as an Engage with instructor for each portfolio being offered.
  • Conduct Engage with skills trainings as assigned by the Engage with Training Director (TD)
  • Complete administrative assignments, such as contributing content to articles, associated with the Engage with brand, as directed by the TD
  • Adherence to the Engage with branding, policies, and established procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (i.e. LCSW, LCPC, RN, psychology, etc.)
  • Relevant professional license
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively engage participants in a virtual environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to work a varying weekly schedule
  • General office skills and computer proficiency, including facility with MS Office Suite

Position Classification

Part- time, non-exempt and benefits

General Conditions

  • Potential for training assignments seven days a week 7:00 am to 10 PM
  • Evening and weekend work will be required
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 5Mbit download speed
